Returns

Returns are accepted if initiated within 14 days of receiving* We offer a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs.
To contact us regarding a return, please use our contact form here to request an RMA number. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage costs.
*Returns must be initiated within the time period stated above and received by us within 28 days, items must be in as new undamaged condition and shipped back to us on your own accord in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted if tags have been removed, the dust bag is not supplied or if the bag has been damaged due to incorrect packaging. All returns must have an RMA (return number allocated).
All fragrance perfumes are non-returnable. This is due to the required shipping method used, all flammables must be shipped as dangerous goods and must be sent from a certified manufacture or business that is qualified to handle and package them correctly.
