Returns

Returns are accepted if initiated within 28 days of receiving. All returns must have an RMA (return number allocated).

The purchaser is responsible for the return postage costs.
To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
International returns:
- As we internally cover the cost of international shipping on your order, this fee will be deducted from your refund if an item is returned.
(For example: If your total was $240, and our shipping cost was $40, your refund would be $200.)
Fragrance
All fragrance perfumes are non-returnable. This is due to the required shipping method used, all flammables must be shipped as dangerous goods and must be sent from a certified manufacture or business that is qualified to handle and package them correctly.
